First of all, James the bass player if you’re reading this contact me! Ahhh yes, James the bass player… I met you at a Jack in the box where you played Bach and scaled on the bass with MAD skill. It’s time. Somehow, I have a feeling you will eventually read this and when you do you need to contact me 333.

It has been a very interesting experience playing with different people, searching for that elusive “chemistry” that all great band members have. Here we are, 2012, 5 years after Operation American Freedom was released. Now, a mountain of new material on deck. I am searching for the individuals that will climb this mountain with me.

Together, we propel the sound; forward, outward, into the greater consciousness. Op.Am.Freedom, full of angst and disappointment, ending with the hope of MLK…that’s where we left off…

Now the next stepping stone, the maturity of a sound that has been 13 years in the making…finally

I am still keeping the door open for other interested parties to walk through. I am calling to action 2 people that right now are out there floating around in the ether, probably unaware of the journey they are about to take. Drummer, Bassist, contact me.

It amazes me. As much as I try to ignore my need to write songs for “the people”….there it is…the fire burns, to write songs about how fucked up life really is. So, I will be recording my next album next year, February…ONLY, you might hear a “band” OR you might hear just me…I have left it up to 2 people who will either choose to back me, OR not. Either way, those of you that have come to recognize my talent, you will hear new music from me.

It feels so good to write music…to write songs and to sing…TO SING.

I performed at American Barbershop in Santa Ana, CA…it was just magic throughout the building like an invisible wave: felt the current…yeh. So, to you people that like my music I say: BRAND NEW MUSIC ON THE WAY…

Been’ kinda busy lately with the Real Estate Business, but i’m carving out time to continue my journey as Trapbyall.

The song in the video is called Ain’t Nobody. This song is about realizing how frail this life is and how our actions and words affect our outlook and those around us. Ain’t Nobody is born from the moments of self-reflection that allow us to make improvements and corrections. Most of all though, the song is my ode to O.A. Battista who said:

We are all mirror images of each other. Remember that when you feel it necessary to treat someone else with disrespect. I will probably disagree with a lot of people, but I always respect and value their input. Everyone has something to offer…my 2 year old niece taught me a very valuable lesson just the other day. I am thankful to God that I was able to learn from her and I wish to convey this clarity to everyone that reads this. New music on the way. New guitar sound. New and improved tunes. Best. Believe it.

Lost 2 years of recordings

What a bummer. Hard drives on my old computer (which sounds ancient but is actually a fast 4-core cpu)…even the back up HD was hit. I mean 2/3 comps were taken down. ????

This just sucks. There’s only one thing to do:

Continue to write ma songs for ma people. All 6,775,235,741 of them.
